Meat Ravoli

All the seasonings and cheese in this recipe can be adjusted to your taste.

5-6 Slices of Italian bread with crusts cut off and soaked in milk about 20 minutes. Squeeze excess milk out before adding.

1 pound of ground meat in equal parts beef, pork and veal

2 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

½ cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese (can be more to taste)

Place all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade.  Pulse until all the ingredients are chopped and mixed well.
